Windsong

Some fonts have been around so long that nobody knows where they came from. Searching high-and-low, nothing about the designer. No old posts in alt.binaries.fonts, no old images from dover .. Well, Windsong is one such font – as old as the internet i suppose (what is that like 6 years now? haha)  If someone knows someone who knows the guy that knew the guy that made this, or whatever .. let me know! Windsong is a nice, airy free flowing script typeface. Not really 100% super fancy calligraphy but a pretty nice cursive hand. Download Windsong TTF and let if flow.

SouciSans

SouciSans, from NicksFonts is a nice, refreshingly light fun curly font – perfect for a nice summery weekend day like today. Nick’s Fonts is a modest little foundry dedicated to the preservation of our rich typographic heritage. Zebra

The Studio at Somewhere Else based in Singapore exists as an idea: the constant pursuit for the Ideal, a journey with no known destination except beyond the status in quo. A constant pursuit to create works that are able to not just communicate, but also able to touch and inspire. This Zebra truteype font is an experiment in display type. Inspired by the use of a Zebra Name Pen, the causual stroke of this pen and its multiple usage is very appealing. The font mimics the smooth, friendly strokes, into a slightly cursive, yet neat handwriting. Download Zebra TTF.
