Two in a row! Vitamin is a funky fun ravey retro oldy-but-goody typeface from the font designer that everyone loves, Pizzadude (aka Jakob Fisher from Copenhagen, Denmark). Vitamin is supplied in both a solid and an outline version, making it a versatile font for party names on flyers, book titles, signs for smoothie stands or anything else that would need something cool and refreshing like this typeface. 02.10
OK .. I admit it, I’m a sucker for funky cool ravey-techy fonts like 02.10 from Helsinki, Finlands Emil Bertel at the Fenotype foundry. Nice and bold with some organic blobbyness, 02.10 is provided in regular and italic variations, this would be a great font choice for a techno party flyer or a cover for that mix cd for your basement dj buddy. Great for techy headlines too. Download 02.10 TTFs.

Kool Beans
Oh Yahhh? Kool Beans is another commercial logo-inspired freeware typeface from Adam Nerland at Insanitype! Font Design – I like the expressive swashes on some of the letters that make it more than just another free flowing bold type face. “This font is based on the Kool-Aid logo. It kind of reminds me of a retro surf font or something. I think it would work well for a logo. All the brackets and parenthesis as well as the tilde (the squiggley thing at the top-left of your keyboard) are Kool-Aid Man dingbats. Any other international characters produce a dingbat of yours truly. If you use it, please let me know!” Download Kool Beans TTF.
